🟣 PERSONAL BLOCK
Who are you, How did you start writing on SubStack? Tell us in your own way — what matters to you at this stage of life?
My name is Success Louis . I'm an Email Marketing Specialist and a Direct Response Copywriter. I studied Computer Science in the University.
I got to know about Substack when I was trying to access the bonuses of a paid program I saw on the internet sometime in March 2025.I was taken to Substack, I signed up, got the bonuses and I observed the app. I saw people write about their lives or the skills/ value they offer
So in April 2025 I started writing on SubStack and since then I've enjoyed it.
What was your favorite subject at school or university? How did it influence your dreams or future direction?
My favorite subject at school was Maths and Physics.
I loved solving math problems and I always get fascinated by Physics and its application in the world
Share a story — something funny, light or meaningful — from your school or student days that shaped your perspective or path.
One thing that shaped my perspective was helping an old woman carry some stuff and she thanked me and told me to always be kind and that kindness is a great virtue.
How did you make your first money? Selling lemonade, candy, washing cars? Tell us about that early hustle!
I made my first money back then in school. I sold yoghurt and peanuts.
🔵 YOUR WORK
You're now a copywriter and email marketing specialist. What steps or moments brought you to this path?
When I finished school I was scrolling on Facebook then I saw an ad about Email Marketing and Direct Response Copywriting and I was like wow, I think I will check it out so I signed up for the program and after completing the program, I started working for clients and it's been great being an email Marketing specialist and giving value and making clients happy and satisfied
Tell us about "The High Converting Edge™" — what does it mean to you? Is it a brand, a business, or something deeper?
The High Converting Edge ™ is my brand, and I look forward to making remarkable global impact
You're learning cybersecurity — what inspired that direction, and how do you see it connecting with your current work?
I decided to learn cyber security because I did study computer science in university and I just decided to learn it so that I will know about it and how to protect the Cyberspace.
How do you balance creativity, learning, and growing your brand? Any practical tips that help you stay on track?
I balance creativity, learning and growing my brand by having a schedule for each day :like I have a schedule for work , creating videos for my YouTube Channel, and I also make out time to rest and recharge.
You're building a personal brand — what have you tried so far? What worked, what didn’t, and what are your goals for this year?
I've been learning, going for programs reading books and seeking out mentorships here and there The journey has been cool but with some ups and downs 😩.But I'm not going to give up ✨🎯. One of my goals this year is to start a Coaching Program . I'm also looking forward to grow my YouTube Channel and My the Podcast for my Newsletter.
Share one success story and one failure or lesson that helped you grow.
One success story was when I landed a $3k gig as a freelancer after much follow up. It taught me that persistence and using the right strategy can get you what you want.
A lesson that has helped me grow happened when I launched a YouTube channel about birds, I was worried about if it will be successful. I never uploaded a video,i was just worried. So One day , I decided I'm going to create and upload a video. So I did so and after few days,I checked and saw the video had : 2.3k views, I was shocked cause I never expected it.It taught me to stop over thinking and take action more often.
🟠 AI & SOLOBUILDING
What was your first experience using AI? Was it a chatbot, image generation, content creation? What stood out to you?
My first experience using AI was when my friend told me about Chat GPT and how I can use it to create images so I downloaded the app and created an image of a Superman driving a Lamborghini. It was cool and I loved it .
How do you see AI evolving over the next 3–5 years? What jobs or areas do you think will be impacted first?
I see AI making more tremendous impact in the coming years. I'm excited about it but I will still appreciate human interaction and interface.
What’s your current tech stack? Any tools, platforms or services you can recommend to others?
Cyber security, still learning though.
Programming and UI/UX Design.
I'd recommend:
Midjourney AI for image generation,
What advice would you give to someone just starting to build their personal brand or platform?
Seek out good mentorship program, read books from expert in your Niche and show up and give value consistently
I believe that solobuilders will be featured in Forbes in 3–5 years. Do you agree? What’s your take on this vision?
Oh that sounds great. It would appreciate their effort, and give them recognition.
